Refunds and cancellations
This policy applies to paid Maplecore Support Board engagements booked after a written estimate—assessments, dashboard commissions, trend studies, resolution reviews, and retainers.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far work has progressed and whether third-party costs (travel, booked rooms) were incurred. Informational website content and unpaid inquiries are not purchases and need no refund.
Timeframe to request
Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to hello@content-maplecore.click within 14 days of the event described below, or sooner when your statement of work sets a different notice period.
Assessments
If you cancel an SLA health assessment more than five business days before the scheduled session, we refund fees paid minus a VND 1,500,000 scheduling fee. Cancellations inside five business days are eligible for a 50% refund unless we can reschedule within 30 days at no extra charge. No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
Fixed-fee commissions and studies
Deposits (typically 40%) become non-refundable once discovery workshops begin. If you cancel after discovery but before draft views or analysis drafts are delivered, we refund unused progress payments after deducting time already worked at the rates in your estimate. After draft delivery, remaining fees for completed stages are due; unused future stages may be cancelled with a partial refund of prepaid amounts for those stages only.
Retainers
Quarterly retainers require 30 days’ written notice before the next quarter. Fees for a quarter already started are non-refundable once data pulls have begun. Prepaid future quarters are refundable minus bank transfer costs.
Work already started and materials
Time spent on audits, charting, and workshops is billable. Printed materials or licensed assets purchased specifically for your engagement are non-refundable once ordered with your approval.
Rescheduling
One reschedule of an on-site session is allowed without fee when requested at least three business days ahead. Later reschedules may incur travel rebooking costs.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the original payer within 14 business days after approval. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio.
