Pages describing engagements, rates, and assessments are informational. They do not create a binding contract until Maplecore Support Board Co., Ltd. and the client sign a written statement of work. Prices shown are starting guidance and may change after intake.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and original graphics belong to Maplecore Support Board Co., Ltd. unless otherwise noted. Client data shared during inquiries remains the client’s property. Deliverables from paid engagements are licensed or assigned as specified in the statement of work.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the inquiry form to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content; attempt to disrupt the site; or scrape content for republication without permission.
Liability
The website is provided as a communication channel. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maplecore Support Board Co., Ltd. is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of informational pages, temporary outages, or third-party image hosts. Liability for commissioned work is defined in the applicable engagement contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Courts in Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a signed engagement contract specifies otherwise.
